Shipping Times

All of our orders are shipped within two days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays) out of Toronto via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service.  

Please allow 14 business days for delivery of package. If the order still hasn't arrived within this time period, email us at info@northerngirlandco.com and we will be happy to look into the issue further on a case-to-case basis.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.

Please note we respond to emails 7 days a week and we will. respond within 3 days.

Returns

We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.

If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
